I love coffee. I think coffee is one of the greatest drinks that there is but when we’re talking about trying to save 96 calories a day so that you’re going to be able to save 10lbs in a year, you ought to think about your coffee. Did you know that a cup of coffee itself is only 5 calories and even if you add a little bit a sugar to it a tablespoon of sugar is only 15 more. A little bit of creamer is only 15 more. If you compare that, that’s about 20, 30 calories to a standard latte which is 130 calories. But substitute regular coffee with some cream and sugar versus a latte. That’s your 100 calories a day.
