ViSalus SMOOTHIE TIPS

Skim Milk Ice Cubes: For a richer frosty-cold drink, substitute frozen skim milk ice cubes (just freeze them in your ice cube tray) for some of the skim milk.  For example, use ½ cup of frozen cubes and ½ cup skim milk in your recipe instead of a cup of skim milk. Blend in a blender until smooth.

Frozen Fruit: Use frozen fruit instead of fresh for a cold fruit slushy drink.

Add Peanut Butter: Add a couple of teaspoons of low-sugar peanut butter to the Chocolate or Vanilla Protuccino.  Blend until smooth.

Or, Add Banana:  Add ¼ banana to Chocolate or Vanilla Protuccino.
